This study aims to describe the implementation of basic trauma cardiac life support /BTCLS training and effect management (BTCLS) on behavior nurses in handling emergencies hospitals. Bandung Kiwari. research method uses quantitative methods with a quasi-experimental design. The results show an overview BTCLS training, starting planning, namely preparation according SPO. organizing stage is carried out through communication technical committee meetings. phase, beginning pretest, continued material, reflection, skill station, posttest exams. control involves making activity reports submitting participant competency certificates. influence knowledge/cognitive aspects, attitude/affective skills/psychomotor aspects Kiwari significant at significance value < 0.005. In conclusion, cognitive, affective, psychomotor gives meaning trainees.
